City of Pontiac & the AUCH Construction will receive firm subcontractor bids for the Structural Repairs, Fire Suppression, Tunnel Lighting, Misc Architectural, Mechanical, & Plumbing repairs of the City of Pontiac Phoenix Center located at 10 Water St., Pontiac, MI 48342.

The bidding documents consist of plans and specifications as prepared by IDS. 1441 West Long Lake, Suite 200 Troy, MI, 48098. Complete sets of documents will be available to download through the Pipeline Suite. A copy of the documents will also be available for review at the offices of the George W. Auch Co., 65 University Drive, Pontiac, Michigan, 48342, 248-334-2000, on or after Thursday July 2, 2020.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be delivered no later than 1:00 pm., on Thursday, July 16. Proposals may be delivered to AUCH Construction, 65 University Drive, Pontiac, MI 48342. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Construction Manager and must be completed in full. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company acceptable to AUCH Construction or a cashier’s check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to City of Pontiac shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $24,459. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days.
