Before submitting the RFP, each vendor shall have the opportunity to thoroughly examine the property and fully understand the conditions that may affect the work proposed. Failure to inspect the site in no way relieves the successful contractor from the necessity of furnishing materials or performing any labor necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and walk thru will be held at the Chesterfield Township Offices 47275 Sugarbush Chesterfield Twp., MI 48047 on June 11th 2019 FROM 9-11 AM for all who plan on participating in the bid process.
