The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items, including but
not limited to the following major items of work:
· Removal of cement plaster façade panels.
· Installation of new panel system with direct applied finish system.
· Cleaning and re-finishing of cement plaster system.
Walk-through tour of the project is scheduled for Tuesday January 22 at 10:30 AM. Meet in the Library lobby. (Highly recomended)
Project schedule is April 15 - September 30, 2019
System would not allow entering any percentage over 100% under Bonding Requirements. Bonding Requirements are as follows below:
Bid Bond - 5%
Maintenance Bond - 125%
Labor and Materials Bond - 125%
