2019-2020 Pavement Reconstruction & Water Mail Replacement Project

Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Woods until 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract Documents may be examined in and/or procures from Consulting Engineer, Nowak & Fraus Engineers, 46777 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, Michigan 48342, telephone: (248) 332-7931; fax: (248) 332-8257. Copies may be obtained for a non refundable fee of one hudred and twenty-five ($125) dollars.
Proposals shall be submitted on the enclosed forms, in a sealed envelope addresses to the City Clerk and marked "Proposal for the 2019-2020 Pavement Reconstruction & Water Main Replacement Project", to be opened at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2019
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid and be made payable to the City of Huntington Woods, as security for acceptance of hte contract.
The City of Huntington Woods reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid should it consider same to be in the best interest of hte City.
Further, The City of Huntington Woods reserves the right to accept a bid higher than the lowest bid, if in the opinion of the Commission of the City od Huntington Woods, the public's interest would be better served.
All bids may be held by the Cit of Huntington Woods for aperiod not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to award of contract.
