Installing 3,700 lineal feet of 8-inch water main in public right-of-way or utility easement along Garfield Street from Hilton east to Chester, along a utility easement from Martin Park north to Woodward Heights, and along Pilgrim Avenue from E Nine Mile north to Orchard.
Included in the work is the replacement of existing gate valves and fire hydrants, 92 water services, abandonments, testing, approximately 2,500 square yards of concrete pavement removal and replacement, 4,000 square feet of sidewalk and ramp removal and replacement, 3,000 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, 3,600 square yards of HMA Surface removal, 1,100 tons of HMA paving, restoration and other miscellaneous work items.
