The work under this Contract shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents and Construction Plans and shall generally include: concrete flatwork and decorative inlay mosaic, water supply line and sewer line installation, supply and install drinking fountain and solar paneled shade structure including lights and electrical, and cleanup and site restoration. The project includes all labor, materials, tools and all incidental work necessary to complete the project and provide a functional system.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of East Lansing at the Office of the Director of Public Works, up to 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 2, 2018 at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for installation of a drinking fountain, solar paneled shade structure and decorative concrete in Valley Court Park in the City of East Lansing. Proposals may either be mailed to the Director of Public Works at 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, Michigan 48823 or hand delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Works located at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, Michigan.
