A mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held on 11/13/2018 at 10am at 727 Miller
Ann Arbor, MI. Failure to attend the meeting and sign the ITB No. 1508 Broadway 2018
sign-in sheet at the pre-bid meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder from submitting
a valid bid. A site walk-thru will follow the meeting at Miller. Any bid submitted by a party
not attending and signing the roster at the pre-bid meeting will not be opened or considered.
Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time. The
pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in
writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially
clarify the bid will be affirmed in an addendum.
