The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:
BID PACKAGE A – Bistro kitchen and dining room build out. Work will include architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades.
BID PACKAGE B – Incubator kitchen, dining room, walk in cooler and freezer build out. Work will include architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades.
