Sealed Bids for the construction of the 1 MG Tank By-Pass Line will be received by City of Mt. Pleasant, at the office of the City Clerk, 320 W. Broadway, Mt. Pleasant MI, 48858, until 1:30 p.m. local time on March 19, 2019 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “1 MG Tank By-Pass Line”.
