GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. Provide recruitment marketing and consulting services on an as-needed basis as directed by the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner.
2. Provide consulting/marketing services that will assist with fulfilling the WRC with achieving the following goals and requirements:

Content Marketing
- Identify a content strategy in line with industry and recruitment trends for our target audience
- Determine what content is needed and what platforms should be used
- Develop and edit content for new and existing publications
Employer Branding
- Build a fresh look/theme to be used as a platform for future projects such as banners/cards/web/social media/etc.
Social (media) Recruiting:
- Utilize social media to maximize our qualified applicant pool
- Consultant may be asked to assist with projects beyond the scope of recruitment and branding on an as-needed basis.
