The Muskegon County HealthWest Board invites your proposal for Substance Use Disorders Outpatient Services. Interested and qualified accredited agencies/organizations that are able to provide substance use disorder outpatient treatment at respondents’ site are encouraged to apply.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, July 28, 2017.
No late proposals will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
