The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting qualifications for Professional Services for Facilities Condition and Space Needs Assessment. The Muskegon County Public Works and Facilities Department is seeking to procure a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive assessment of the condition of existing County office facilities and use of space within them.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all qualifications or to accept the qualification that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

A copy of the RFQu will be available by Wednesday, March 11, 2020, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.

All responses must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. All responses should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office and be clearly marked: “RFQu 20-2379 Professional Services for Facilities Condition and Space Needs Assessment”.

Additional Bidding Instructions

For electronic submittal, Qualifications may be submitted at the Bid Net site only. Qualification offers sent by other electronic devices are NOT acceptable and will be rejected upon receipt.

For physical submittal responders are requested to submit one (1) paper copy marked “Original” and one (1) digital file. Digital File should be only one PDF file and named “Qualification Response”. If no flash drive is available, one (1) paper copy marked “Original” and one (1) paper copy marked “Copy” is acceptable. Professional binding is not preferred. When submitting a physical copy, the bid must be sealed and properly labeled. The responder’s name and address must appear on the outside of the envelope. The responder must clearly write the bid name and number on the outside of the envelope along with the responder’s business name. A sample label is provided in the solicitation packet for the respondent’s convenience.
