Summary of Specifications:
The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your proposal on Parking Lot Design and Engineering for the Muskegon County Public Works and Facilities Departments. This solicitation includes the design and engineering for the following three parking lots: Muskegon County Health Department, Hall of Justice Employee Lot and the Old Jail Lot. Vendor registration, as well as the request for proposal materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info . Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Monday, May 22, 2017. No late proposals will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
