The Muskegon County Public Works Board invites your proposal for Landfill Gas System Expansion Engineering Services for the Muskegon County Solid Waste Department. This solicitation is to provide professional engineering consulting services for landfill gas collection system design, bidding, and construction quality assurance services. Vendor registration, as well as the request for proposal materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info . Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Monday, May 15, 2017. No late proposals will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
