Submit one original signed and sealed quote (with required signature forms) and one electronic copy in PDF format to Southeast Michigan Consortium Attn: Maggie Flaherty, 21 Care Drive, Hillsdale, MI 49242. The electronic version can be submitted via e-mail to mflaherty@mwse.org or on a thumb drive or CD. Late quotes will not be received until regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm). The next business day and are received as unsolicited quotes outside the procurement process.
