Grand Traverse County is requesting bids for the Removal and Replacement (R & R) of the Dehumidification system for the Civic Center Natatorium building.

The project shall be completed per the specifications listed on Attached documents.

This project will include:
              R & R of current dehumidification unit
              Installation of exterior support pad for new unit
              Updating of associated ductwork
              Sealing unused penetrations from current unit
              Startup and balancing of new unit
              Cleanup when work is completed
