Description

The Civic center roof covering the Pool area will be replaced using the following specifications:
           

  • Full tear off down to metal deck structure.
  • Installation of insulation material adding up to an R-30 or better rating
  • Installation of a membrane top material minimum of 60 mil weight
  • Flash all curbs of penetrations
  • Replace all edge flashing (color to be chosen at a later date)
  • Repair all substructure for edge flashing as necessary
  • Repair/replace drain sump inserts as necessary
  • Use the “mechanically fasten” process to adhere new roof
  • Clean up entire site and dispose of debris using own dumpsters 
  • Provide a minimum 25 year non-prorated warranty for labor and materials
