Description

This RFP is issued for the purpose of soliciting a proposal from an interested and qualified professional Consulting Firm(s) to provide parking study consulting services (the "Services"), related to the East Riverfront district (the "Project) as identified in the Scope of Services in Section 3 (the “Services”). The selected Consulting Firm (the "Consultant") shall furnish the necessary supervision, administration, and support assistance incidental and necessary to perform the Services.
It is the intent of the EDC to receive proposals and to enter into a professional services agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Consultant.
