The project consists of replacing approximately 0.95 miles of water main with new 12 inch
diameter, ductile iron water main along 14 Mile Road from Edgegrove Drive to the Grand Trunk
Railroad and 1.2 miles along Utica Road from 13 Mile Road to 14 Mile Road along with related
appurtenances. The project also includes the installation of three pre-fabricated Pressure
Reducing Valve stations at each of the city’s supply connections to the GLWA system.
