The purpose of this project is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the City’s technology environment, including technology infrastructure, organization and staffing, IT operations, and application portfolio. The assessment will include opportunities for improvement and specific associated recommendations.
This allows us to establish a baseline of the current environment, identify gaps and receive recommendations for a long-term sustainability model. It will also allow the City to appropriately prioritize future investments in technology.
The RFP should also include an optional scope for a Cybersecurity Assessment in this proposal, including separate fees for this service. If the City elects to proceed with this service in conjunction with the IT Assessment, we anticipate combining both efforts into a single project.
