The bidder is required to schedule and conduct an on-site visit. Instructions can be found on Page 2 of the bid document under section "Special Instructions".
The City is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to Reroof the Stilwell Manor Facility located at 26600 Burg Road, Warren, MI 48089 per the attached bid forms and specifications. All interested bidders must have attended a mandatory site visit in order to be considered for award. All bids must be submitted electronically in order to be considered for award. Sealed bids will not be accepted.
