Specification of Work
All work is to meet local code inspection standards. Any other repairs requested by homeowner are to be approved by the City of Taylor CDBG office prior to any work being done.

23370 Pinewood Drive
Mold Study Report from Trimedia Environmental & Engineering for 23370 Pinewood Drive and recommend the remediation of the visible mold indicated on the master bedroom ceiling removal using EPA Mold Remediation Standards and replacement of the existing gypsum board ceiling in the area if required (maximum to be one 4’x8’ sheet of 1/2” gypsum board). Repair any water stain areas by first cleaning area and then repainting affected area 12-24” beyond stain to blend with existing paint color. Any other repairs requested by homeowner are to be approved by the City of Taylor CDBG office prior to any work being done.

Any other repairs requested by homeowner are to be approved by the City of Taylor CDBG office prior to any work being done.

Mold Study Report from Trimedia Environmental & Engineering for 23362 Pinewood Drive and recommend the repair of the visible water stains on walls of the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Repair any water stain areas by first cleaning area and then repainting affected area 12-24” beyond stain to blend with existing paint color. Replacement of damaged carpet and base trim to match existing.
