Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids on the demolition and removal of three (3) dwellings located on Utica Road just south of Dodge Park. The work in this Contract includes, in general, the demolition and removal of the buildings and appurtenances, contiguous buildings, sheds, fences, concrete and masonry slabs, walks and walls; septic tanks and/or wells, footings, floors, basements and fill of basement area within the project limits as indicated in the specifications.
Statewide
