The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for pumping and removing waste and debris from vaults at various
parks. The City wishes to establish a three-year blanket purchase order for this service. Pricing must be firm for the
term of the blanket.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills Bloomer Park, 345 John R, Rochester Hills, FOB City of
Rochester Hills Borden Park, 1400 East Auburn Road; and FOB City of Rochester Hills, Leach Road, Yates, and
Veterans Memorial Pointe Parks.

The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quote documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan
Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quote documents obtained from any other source are not considered
official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quote documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System
are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with
the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government,
Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final results will be posted on the MITN
website after award.
