Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other person(s) are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Any inquiry received after this date will not be considered.
