Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for IBM Software Maintenance Agreement on the City's iSeries Computer. Rochester Hills has a 9406 Model 820 with a 2395 Processor. The Serial Number is 10-311AD and the City's IBM Customer Number is 684070. Maintenance should include support line and WebSphere. Software support must be 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Contract term to start on December 31, 2004 and to end on April 29, 2005. Note: The reason for the short contract term is that the City's IBM Hardware Maintenance Agreement expires on April 29, 2005 and it is the City's desire that both Agreements expire on the same date.
