Dated: November 13, 2018, The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from experienced and qualified actuarial professionals to perform actuarial valuation and required reporting requirements per the Governmental Accounts Standards Board (GASB) for the City’s Retiree Health Care Benefit Trust – Supplemental Plan and other actuarial consulting services as may be requested by the City. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, (Lower Level) Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or through the MITN website until Thursday, December 6, 2018 at EXACTLY 3:00:00 p.m. local time, at which time and place the proposals will be read. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal.
