The City of Farmington Hills Police Department will purchase approximately 125 concealable ballistic vests. This document establishes portions of the design, fabrication, quality assurance, delivery requirements, and general specifications for concealable soft body armor to be worn by officers of the Farmington Hills Police Department and its agents.
