Description

The City of Farmington Hills Special Services Division in conjunction with the Farmington Hills Historical Commission seeks proposals from fully licensed, qualified architectural & engineering firms for improvements to the Heritage & History Center Building located inside Heritage Park at 24711 Farmington Road, Farmington Hills, MI. The building is owned by the City of Farmington Hills and is currently occupied by the Farmington Hills Historical Commission/Farmington Historic District as an exhibit space and storage area for artifacts and archives. The purpose of this proposal is to address deficiencies in the current structure so as to maximize the useable space within the structure and to correct any major structural and ADA accessibility issues.
