Sealed proposals will be received by the City of East Lansing at the Office of the Director of Public
Works, up to 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at which time and place proposals will be publicly
opened and read for the furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for water main
replacement, sewer replacement, curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, sidewalk
replacement, HMA pavement milling and HMA paving on south Collingwood Drive (north of Grand
River Avenue and south of Chittenden Drive), Kedzie Street (north of Beech Street), east
Collingwood Drive (east of Kedzie Street), Gunson Street (north of Collingwood Drive), Division
Street (north of Linden Street and south of Elizabeth Street) and Sunrise Court (east of Division
Street), in the City of East Lansing.
