Description

The work under this Contract shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents and Construction Plans and shall generally include: furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for the HMA pavement milling, HMA crushing and shaping, HMA paving and minor curb and gutter replacement and sidewalk replacement on Burcham Drive, Timberlane Street, Marfitt Road, and Haslett Road as depicted on the plans.

The following streets or portions of streets will be crushed and shaped and resurfaced in accordance with the contract documents.

Burcham Drive from Timberlane Street to just west of Park Lake Road
Timberlane Street from Burcham Drive to the north end.

The following streets or portions of streets will be milled and resurfaced in accordance with the contract documents.

Marfitt Road from Lake Lansing Road to Abbey Road
Haslett Road – One lane of pavement milling from Greencrest Avenue to Merritt Road.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of East Lansing at the Office of the Director of Public Works, up to 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 10, 2018, at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of materials, labor and equipment for HMA pavement milling, HMA crushing and shaping, HMA paving and minor curb and gutter replacement and sidewalk replacement on Burcham Drive, Timberlane Street, Marfitt Road, and Haslett Road as depicted on the plans.

Proposals may either be mailed to the Director of Public Works at 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, Michigan 48823 or hand delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Works located at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, Michigan.
