Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications to submit bids for Janitorial Services for the 19th District Court (Court), City Hall Complex and the DPW Complex. 

NOTE: BONDS ARE REQUIRED: 

a)BID DEPOSIT (BOND): A bid bond (cashier’s check, certified check or bid bond) in the amount of 5 % of the total bid is required. b)PERFORMANCE BOND FOR FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE: The awarded Contractor shall furnish a Surety Bond in an amount at least equal to the total bid, one hundred percent (100%) of the first year of the contract as security for faithful performance. The Surety Bond must be in effect for the full term of the contract.
