The City of Cadillac is accepting bids for the Cass Street Improvements project. The project consists of street construction and water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements in the following estimated quantities:

550 Ton HMA, 4E1
300 Lft Storm Sewer
430 Lft Water Main
120 Lft Sanitary Sewer

Complete electronic specifications and bid documents are available at www.mitn.info or from the City Clerk’s Office, Cadillac Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. Hard copies of drawings and specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $30 from the office of the Project Engineer: Prein & Newhof, 1202 N. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. (231) 468-3456. Plans and specifications must be reviewed prior to the submission of any bid and bids must be submitted using official forms contained in the bid packet.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “CASS STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT” by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.

THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS/PROPOSALS.
