REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Traffic Control for East Maple Road Bridge Painting

Sealed proposals endorsed “Traffic Control for East Maple Road Bridge Painting”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 2 p.m., after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to perform the installation and maintenance of traffic control items including concrete barriers, signage, barricades, and lighted arrow boards for lane closures on East Maple Road at Eton Street per MDOT specifications. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).

The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or for a fee at the City of Birmingham, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Carrie Laird.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
