Salt Dome Repairs
The City of Birmingham, MI is seeking quotations for the repair of a damaged header and plywood at the entrance of the Public Service Department’s salt storage dome - see photo below.
Scope of Work:

Replace damaged header
Repair/replace damaged electrical conduit
Reset light fixtures
Replace sections of damaged plywood
- no painting required

Requirements:

Contractor (or designated subcontractor) must possess all the applicable licenses required to perform the work
Contractor must be fully insured and provide a certificate of coverages if selected

Quote Submission:

Quotes must be submitted online via BidNet no later than 5 p.m., Monday, January 7, 2019
