Sealed proposals endorsed “Permeable Paver Installation”, will be received at the Office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to furnish and install permeable grass pavers at a roadway intersection in order to remedy frequent rutting resulting from traffic rollover. This work must be performed as specified and in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
