22-69 - Grant Administration Services for Arts & Culture

The City is seeking to partner with a local arts organization to provide grant administration services to distribute the City’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) authorized by the City Council to support the arts and creative industries in Ann Arbor and to oversee the administration and reporting of these funds on behalf of the City. The City is seeking these services for a period of 24 months, with the City reserving an option to extend the contract term for up to two additional one-year periods or until grant close out is complete. The successful respondent must demonstrate it has deep knowledge of the Ann Arbor arts and creative industries community as well as experience administering grant and aid programs. The selected vendor will work closely with City staff to establish the grant program guidelines to meet community goals as well as federal SLFRF guidelines. The Public Services Area Administrator (or their designee) and the Chief Financial Officer will oversee the direction and quality of work of this vendor.
