Summary of Specifications:
Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) requests proposals from qualified vendors who wish to be considered for the award of designing, purchasing, providing, installing and all components needed to install a new 60Kw automatic natural gas backup emergency generator on the roof of the Ypsilanti Transit Center (YTC). This includes all electrical and mechanical work needed to properly install the generator according to all state and local codes. Also included is the proper dampening for the installation of the generator on the roof of the YTC. The respondent will submit a warranty and service agreement to AAATA as part of the bidding process. The respondent will train AAATA personal on the safe operation of the generator.
All connections to the YTC’s electrical system will be compliant with applicable state and local codes.
Proposals must include all labor, material, tools, equipment, permits, insurance and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with all relevant codes and ordinances.
