Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): 1) Conduct descriptive behavioral assessments and interpret the results from such; 2) Design ethical and effective behavioral analytic interventions for consumers; 3) Design and oversee interventions in familiar cases (i.e. similar to those encountered during training) that are consistent with the dimensions of applied behavior analysis; 4) Obtain technical direction from another BCaBA for unfamiliar situations; 5) Teach state agency staff to carry out interventions with the approval of and under the supervision of a LBA; and 6) Assist a LBA with the design and delivery of introductory level instruction in behavior analysis. b. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): 1) Assist with lifts and transfers; 2) Take vital signs; 3) Perform CPR and standard first aid; 4) Assist with meal feeding; 5) Clean personal care items, wheelchairs, and closets; 6) Perform general home cleaning which may include, but not necessarily be limited to cleaning kitchen appliances, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing furniture, laundry, and emptying trash receptacles; 7) Observe, interact, and provide consumer care as directed by RNs; 8) Report changes in consumer behavior to RNs/LPNs; 9) Assist with activities of daily living; 10) Provide progress notes and documentation as required; and
