Specifications include, but are not limited to The Staffing Service will: 1. Arrange for the City to interview potential candidates if requested. 2. Pre-screen and complete drug testing and background checks on all candidates. 3. Supply sufficient, competent, reliable personnel to provide adequate services. 4. Promptly provide replacement for any and all temporary personnel when requested by the City. • Answers telephone; provides information, customer relations regarding accounts. • Resolves customer billing concerns. • Assists residents with closing accounts. • Prepares and dispatches water/sewer tap inspection orders. • Issues and completes work orders for water/sewer repairs and more in-depth account information. • Maintains departmental on-call schedule. • Maintains the list and dispatches water turn-offs • Files documents. • Performs related duties. • Other duties as assigned.
