Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide performance audit services for the state park facilities and concessions for the Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as the state agency) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall provide performance audit services on an as needed, if needed basis for any or all of the state park facilities and concessions located in the geographic region(s) specified on the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing. The geographic regions are identified in Attachment 1. Some concessionaires operate in more than one state park as identified on Attachment 1. The state agency reserves the right to request a work plan from the primary and secondary contractors for the applicable regions, as specified herein. The contractor shall serve as the primary or secondary contractor for the regions as specified in the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing. For each geographic region, the state agency will contact the primary contractor first for all services needed, unless one of the following apply. In the event the primary contractor cannot provide the services in the timeframe requested by the state agency, the state agency shall utilize the secondary contractor. In the event a conflict of interest exists between the required performance audit and the primary contractor, the state agency shall utilize the secondary contractor as long as a conflict of interest does not exist.
