Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to replace our existing poster board menus with digital menu boards in six-eight restaurants throughout Zoo grounds. All monitors must be commercial grade and have a minimum 3-year hardware warranty. Players must be BrightSign HD1023 players. Bid must include costs of monitors, players, mounts, enclosures, any software licensing, and any ancillary equipment needed for equipment to work and cover the needs of running the boards. We are not specifying a particular manufacturer or model number for the monitors, mounts or enclosures, but they must be within certain specifications and requirements that will be covered during Pre-Bid meeting and Site Inspection, and each choice should be accompanied by a short explanation as to why each choice was made. We also require that any service contract or work warranty be spelled out specifically as to length and what is covered under said contract/warranty. All bids must designate total cost by location.
