Specifications include, but are not limited to: MARC is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to design, conduct and document a multi‐ jurisdictional Recovery TTX Exercise that is inclusive of the following: Review existing regional recovery plans, planning guide, and regional recovery capability targets. Meet with the already established design team to finalize objectives and determine if additional expertise is needed on the design team. In conjunction with the design team, develop exercise materials and invitations to conduct a seminar and a workshop. In conjunction with the design team, manage and arrange a seminar and a workshop. Facilitate and execute the seminar and the workshop. Facilitate and conduct hot wash and AAR/IP. Develop materials (library) that can be used in jurisdictions to help prepare for recovery. 1. Number and type of participants for both the seminar and the workshop: 60‐80 persons from multiple jurisdictions and agencies in the bi‐state region. Local Agencies: Emergency managers, county and municipal planners, county and municipal social service and public health agencies, administrators, elected officials, Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (VOAD). State Agencies: Kansas and Missouri Emergency Management Agencies, KS and MO State Historical Preservation authorities, Kansas and Missouri Departments of Transportation, the Missouri Department of Conservation and the Kansas Department of Agriculture ‐ Division of Conservation, large businesses, the Small Business Association, Chamber of Commerce members.
