Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction Manager, in general, shall have primary management responsibility for the Project(s) and shall coordinate all Project matters. As such, the Construction Manager shall serve as the City’s principal point of contact and liaison between the architect/engineer, contractors, and other consultants and vendors throughout each project. The Construction Managershall advocate for the City’s interests of quality, timely and cost-sensitive design and construction while maintaining professional relationships with contractors. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the project(s) at the best and lowest price in the marketplace and highest degree of functionality and quality.
