Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1 The contractor shall provide snow removal services for the parking lots, and sidewalks located at the state owned facility. See attachment 3 for a map of the parking lots. 2.3.2 The contractor must provide snow removal services as directed by the state agency representative and in accordance with city ordinances and other applicable laws and regulations. 2.3.3 The contractor shall be responsible for and the repair of any damage to walking and/or driving surfaces and/or other property as a result of the contractor’s negligence. 2.3.4 The contractor shall not use equipment with steel tracks or other equipment which may cause immediate or later damage to the walking and/or driving surfaces. 2.3.5 The contractor must be available to provide services specified herein twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week within two (2) hours of being contacted by the state agency representative.
