Describe the percentage of employers in the State of Missouri that the contractor has to assist with responding directly to verification requests; 5. Describe how wage data is real time (e.g. the database is updated each time an employer pays their employees, providing actionable and up-to-date payroll information when compared to federal W-2 data, quarterly state wage data or other income services); 6. Describe active presence online and how long has been providing online services. 7. Describe how the vendor’s employment database be accessed online, via batch file and direct integration. 8. Describe the total number of real-time employment records housed in vendor’s database. 9. Describe how the vendor’s database and processes is Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliant.
