Robust reporting capabilities including improved transparency, dashboard reporting, custom report functionality, modeling and “what if” analysis, automated report delivery; 6. Automated HR, benefit, payroll and timekeeping capabilities; 7. Improved tracking and reporting of fixed assets; 8. Reduced current and future risk of system failure due to the age, programming language, and technical limits of the current ERP system; and 9. Descriptive analytic capabilities, including predictive analytics.
