Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must provide necessary coding and ballot printing services to support all equipment on Election Day and throughout the entire year. •The contractor must be responsible for the transport of ballots and other supplies including supply kits and routine maintenance of the voting equipment to the County. •The contractor must provide and operate OpenElect Central Suite (OCS) Election Management System capable of reading, compiling, reporting and maintaining voter data from all separate precincts Unisyn’s OpenElect Voting Optical (OVO) and OpenElect Freedom Vote (FVT). •Additionally, the County requests the contractor to provide knowledgeable on-site services for public tests and duration of Election Day. •Preventative Annual Maintenance and/or Hardware Maintenance and diagnostic tests to be performed prior to Election Day.
