Specifications include, but are not limited to: Documents to be digitized consist of the following: company invoices, employee company credit card transaction envelopes and the associated receipts, employee reimbursement documents such as out of town conference expenses and associated receipts and/or mileage reimbursement forms, insurance records, bid proposals, and miscellaneous general business documents. 2)All images to be produced in 8 ½ x 11 format. Documents with one side only are to be a single image. Documents that have an image on both sides can be either digitized as one image or two images. 3)Proposer to return digitized documents in a .pdf format on a media that can easily be downloaded using a typical personal computer.
