Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City does not currently outsource customer service training. The desired customer service training should meet certain requirements to ensure that the training enhances the City’s ability to provide services and information to its citizens and does not disrupt the delivery of services. The desired training may not be delivered to all staff; however, the successful respondent should outline a plan to deliver the necessary training to a minimum number of front-line staff and management: approximately 100, 200, and 300 staff members.
